Missed Appointment Policy
At Advance Minds, our goal is to deliver quality healthcare services promptly. Missed appointments, late arrivals, and cancellations can inconvenience both our providers and other clients. Please familiarize yourself with our policy regarding missed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
When you schedule an appointment, you reserve a time slot that is no longer available to other clients. To respect your fellow clients, please inform Advance Minds as soon as you know you cannot attend.
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. As appointments are in high demand, your timely notice will allow another client to utilize that time slot.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel your appointment, please call Advance Minds at 0466 666 334 between 9 AM and 4 PM. If necessary, leave a detailed voicemail message, and we will return your call promptly.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late if made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
A no-show occurs when a client misses an appointment without prior cancellation. In both instances, clients will incur a full fee charge.
For new clients, a no-show or late cancellation will result in the full charge of the new patient fee.
Re-Booking Appointments
If you rebook your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, you will not incur a cancellation or missed appointment fee. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a re-booking fee of $15.00 will apply, along with the full consultation fee, payable upfront.
Purchased Bundle Therapy Sessions
Clients who purchase a therapy bundle will enjoy flexible scheduling and a priority waiting list for their next available appointment.
Please note, there is no guarantee that you will receive the exact time and date requested for your next appointment. Additionally, there are no refunds for purchased bundle therapy sessions.
Refunds
Consultation fees and counseling session payments are non-refundable. Clients who cancel their appointments more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Clients who cancel within 24 hours will receive a partial refund.
