Unless otherwise expressly stipulated by Advance Minds, any sale of goods and services from the site is subject to the following;

Currency- All transactions are in Australian Dollars. If any amounts are shown in other currencies these are only indicative and may vary due to exchange rate variations at the actual time of transactions.

Credit Card Use-If credit card payment is facilitated by the site, Advance Minds undertakes to use credit card details only as specified by you in relation to purchases made on the site. Illegal use of credit cards is a serious crime. Advance Minds will report any suspicious activity and disclose all relevant evidence to credit card companies and law enforcement authorities.

Identity Fraud- You must not impersonate any person or entity or enter fictitious name or purport to be authorised to represent any entity if that entity has not authorised you to do so in connection with use of the site.

Missed Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only to our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call Advance Minds as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 0466 666 334 between the hours of 9am-4pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client the full fee.

For new clients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee.

Re-booking Appointments

Should you rebook your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged a cancellation or missed appointment fee. However, if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours upon confirmation of your appointment, a re-booking fee of $15.00 will apply including the full price of your consultation and must be paid up-front.

Purchased Bundle Therapy Sessions

Clients who have purchased a bundle will have;
  1. NO CHARGE-Late cancellation 
  2. NO CHARGE-Booking Fee 
  3. NO CHARGE-2 missed appointment
  4. Flexible Scheduling 
  5. Priority Waiting List 
  6. Next Available Appointment
There is no guarantee that you will receive the the exact time and day that you have requested for your next appointment. 
There are no refunds on purchased Bundle Therapy Sessions. 

Refunds

There are no refunds on consultation fees and counselling sessions. Should a client cancel their appointment more than 24 hours in advance the client will receive a full refund. If the client cancels their appointment less than 24 hours the client will receive a partial refund.
